Acid and base question?

I believe m1v1=m2v2 only works if the solutions you are neutralizing are the same, not different solutions. You would need to go through the ICE method and use 2 moles of NaOH(as shown in the equation) and 1 mole of H2SO4. That is why the equation is given because the M1V1=M2V2 can't be used in this problem, and is only used in dilutions of solutions not neutralizations.
