What would be an appropriate size fish tank?

I have a school of five neon tetra, one black neon, 2 medium angel fish, and a croy catfish 2 clean the bottom, and a pair of golden platy is this good 4 a 20 gallon long tank note that it has 4 live plants?..If not could i get some suggestions?
