I'm not going to guess at her mouth problems--because it would be only a guess-no one can diagnose your cat on a board like this. For future reference-cats clean themselves-never bathe a cat with human products---ESPECIALLY if they have stitches! you may end up taking your cat back to the vets anyway if the incision opens up again-now that the area got wet.
