My dog has been acting out for the past few months?

Dogs like consistency. If you have been moving a lot, and there's a new baby on the way, the dog hasn't been getting it. With all you have to do, also, you have probably been giving the dog short shrift without realizing it, and she's noticing. I think you're going to have to go back a bit and crate her when you can't watch her, start some daily training sessions(dog gets your undivided attention and reinforcement of its earlier training), and give the dog more exercise. Training a dog is not something that you finish and that's it. It's continuous, for life. Find ways to reinforce her training every single day, which means perhaps that the dog has to sit and wait while you bathe your son. Gives the dog a job to do which alleviates all kinds of problems. And some dogs, often around the age of two or so, become teenagers and start to act up a bit. Maybe yours is having a late adolescence.
