In Kingdom Hearts, do people know Donald and Goofy are animals?

No one questions it because they are from completely different worlds. If aliens came to earth, would you just act as if they were humans? Probabaly not, but you could possibly learn to get along with them just as Donald And Gooffy live in harmony with the rest of the worlds.
