4 wheeler laws for my daughter?

help! i wnat my kid to ride her 4 wheler but i'm not sure if she is allowed to. she is 10 years old and we live on a public road she knows all the rules and things, but i really don't know if i can let her on.please tell me if she can. P.S. (she always wears her helmet.)
