Do you think the Swine Flu pandemic was a bit fishy?

I remember back in 1976 when the swine flu was first mentioned and thousands of people got the vaccine but lots of them died from the vaccine and not the swine flu. They do not tell you that if you have an egg allergy you cannot get the swine flu vaccine because it is cultured on eggs.
