Planb p2 popart custom or real breakout complete?

Now, I just started skateboarding. Keep in mind I can ride around just fine and I (on my super bad and old target board) can get just the smallest bit off the ground on an ollie. I want something that has good pop and I just don't know if it's worth the money to buy a plan b deck, reds bearings, bones wheels, and silver trucks with mob grip tape. I mean I know it would be a really, really nice skateboard, but keep in mind it would cost 171 dollars total. But, i've heard some good reviews about real's pop. By the way are there any other brands with good pop? I've read mixed things about brands such as krooked and habitat. Thanks!
