Why did Bill Clinton, Hillary, John Kerry, and Nancy Pelosi LIE about WMD's in Iraq?

It will always be easier for democrats to lie than to admit to being wrong. Additionally, they needed to continue the lie in order to regain control of the White House and Congress.
