I have a cold and I am pregnant....?

Actually I've heard sudafed should be avoided in the first trimester. My doc has said that ANYTHING Tylenol is fine. If you do go with the Sudafed make sure it is regular sudafed and not sudafed PE. If I were you I'd just take tylenol cold though. Good luck and feel better!
