Allergies or chiari malformation?

A little background to start off, I suppose lol- I was dignaosed with Chiari malformation about 2 years ago and it was agreed that my symptom were not severe enough to demand surgery. Lately I have been having trouble with a really congested nose that hardly has any discharge (when it does, the discharge is a thick yellow), chronic post nasal drip, which leads me to have consistent sore throats, and I have a near constant headache, although the pressure is located more in the front of my face, around my nose and forehead, than in the back. I was just wondering if it is more likely that these symtpoms are related to my chiari malformation or allergies, any insight would be greatly appreciated :(
