When it comes to gender roles, do you think opposites attract or like attracts like?

I think the best pairing isn't necessarily opposites, but complements. Partners with opposite goals, interests and world views are likely to heads. Partners who have certain aspects that each may not possess individually make a well-rounded pairing.
